“Theora Hetrick of the Freedom Razor cabal of the House of Helekar. you stand accused of the following crimes:”
The Council Chamber echoed with the voice of Tom Smithson. the Drcamspeaker Primus, standing at the Scat of Spirit at the head of the Table Cenacle and reading from the paper in his hands.
“Gilgul without sanction: mass murder: murder with malice aforethought: murder for pleasure; hunting scntients for sport; sabotage resulting in death….”

World of Darkness: Sorcerer
He became a guide,
at peace and occupied with classrooms. He came forward and uttered the word as a teacher. The self-appointed wise people came up to him, testing him, but he refuted them, for they were empty; and they despised him, for they were not truly intelligent.
— The Gospel of Truth, 11.17
You may have heard this phrase before: hedge magicians.
Admit it; if you play Mage, you have probably spit that phrase out before: hedge magicians.
Perhaps you overlook them as the “willworkers” do. Perhaps you consider them “lesser talents,” purveyors of parlor tricks enraptured with their own petty goals and completely oblivious to the Ascension War and its consequences. What good’s a hedge magician when you could be a True Mage with all reality at your fingertips?
Frontier Secrets
Well, welcome back
to the Savage West. Glad to see you again. So you’ve bought the Storyteller Screen, and you’re wondering what all’s in the accompanying book — that is, this Frontier Secrets thing. The answer is quite a bit, some that’s suitable for players and some that isn’t. First, a word or two by way of explanation: Werewolf: The Wild West is a big book, but big as it is, we couldn’t fit everything we wanted to inside. That’s where a chunk of the material in this book comes from; it’s leftovers, although tasty ones. Nothing absolutely necessary to a chronicle, but a passel of worthwhile ideas that might help a game out. Some of the other material is strictly not the players’ business unless the Storyteller says it is — nothing spoils a good chronicle like out-of-character knowledge.
Nuwisha
Don’t take life too seriously.
You’ll never get out of it alive.
— Bugs Bunny, Warner Brothers cartoons
There’s a lot to learn about your new life, more than you might imagine. But there are two things that you should learn before anything else. The first thing you must understand is that there are more like you than you realize. I am Nuwisha just as you are Nuwisha. We are only two of many. The second thing you must understand is that what I just told you is a secret. We do not let others know we are strong, for they would hunt us down and kill us. I’ll explain more about that later.
You probably think that your life is over. That’s not true; it is barely begun. I will teach you about the world as it truly is, and you will come to understand that there is more to everything than most people see.
Bastet
Listen:
The Shadow Children walk the twilight days unafride,
For none may rival them in their sleek majesty.
Kinfolk: Unsung Heroes
Kinfolk: Unsung Heroes is basically a guide for players and Storytellers to create Kinfolk characters, as well as a sourcebook on the ways in which the larger Kin population surrounds and interacts with Garou society.

Kyai Ho!
Listen well. I am the 989th Klaital. For many lifetimes have I been a Garou. Blessed am I to be born so well, for there is no better path to liberation than the life of the Changing Breed.
Clash of Wills
The Earl of Galrec lies on his deathbed and his lands hang in the balance. Fearing for his immortal soul, the earl wills his lands to the Church in exchange for absolution — or does he?
Libellus Sanguinis I Masters of the State
What
you hold in your hands is the first book of the Libellus Sanguinis series. In each of these “Blood Diaries,” we plan to examine three clans united by a common theme. The theme of Masters of the State is, obviously, the ruling class of Cainites as embodied by those three clans that most often involve themselves in the affairs of nations.
The Lasoinbra, Magisters and lurkers in darkness, differ from their modern counterparts in their (albeit underhanded) nobility. As there is not yet a Sabbat in existence, the Lasombra instead devote their efforts to controlling lands on both sides of the Crusades.
Likewise, the Tzimisce are a fractious and territorial lot. Less related to freakishness and counterculture at this time, the Fiends are more ancestral tenors
Liege, Lord and Lackey
Another line of smoke trickled into the sky. Soon the smoke would billow. Pietro estimated the fire’s location—the Via Franciosa. That would be the house of Henricus, the Tremere.
Down in the courtyard, the cellar door swung in the breeze. Neither Rolando nor Tommaso had returned from their errand. A simple syllogism: The courtyard and labyrinth beneath were both unsafe.
